The 22 floor plans in our library each have a published out-the-door price. Upgrades that other builders charge extra for — LVP flooring, tiled backsplashes, black Moen finishes, upgraded granite counters — are included standard. Our drafting team adapts any plan to your specific lot at no additional fee, or draws a fully custom plan if none of our existing plans are a fit.
The number on your agreement is the number at closing. Items that vary by site — surveys, soil tests, impact fees, utility tap fees — are broken out separately so you can see exactly what you're paying for.
